Houses of Parliament
On 12th March some children from Year 4 and 5 visited the Houses of Parliament. We travelled by coach and were lucky enough to see many sights such as, the London Eye, Big Ben and Harrods. When arriving at the Houses of Parliament we had to go through a very strict security system, then we met out guides Sasha and Mark.
Firstly, we were given a tour of the House of Lords. We then visited the House of commons which was really interesting.
My favourite part of the day was when we were split into parties and we had to carry out a debate. My party was called 'Swag It out'. An election took place and the Peace party won and they decided Caydan would be Prime Minister.
