At Elm Academy, the safety and well-being of our students is our top priority.  We are committed to creating a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.  Our safeguarding policies are designed to protect students from harm, promote their welfare, and ensure they can learn and grow in a secure atmosphere.

We believe that safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and we work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community to maintain the highest standards of care.  Our safeguarding team is trained to recognise signs of abuse and neglect, and we have clear procedures in place for reporting and addressing any concerns.
