SEN Info Report Elm April 2024
SEND Team
Elm School is proud to be an inclusive school. We aim for all pupils to experience success and enjoyment in all aspects of school life and make progress towards their individual goals.
We believe that all pupils should be treated with respect, dignity and be equally valued. We value the views of our pupils and their families and provide opportunities for them to be fully involved in the development of SEND provision.
Our SEND Team work with staff, families and external professionals to provide support for children across our pre-school and school.
Please see our SEND Policy for more detail about how we provide for children with special educational needs.
Please take some time to read through this and if you have any further queries please email them to elm@ea.weareauthentic.education. For specific enquiries or concerns about your child, please contact your class teacher in the first instance.

SEND at Elm Academy
Elm Academy is a welcoming environment that values and supports the diversity of all learners. We promote equal opportunities, celebrate differences, and ensure that every student, regardless of their background or abilities, feels respected and included.
Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) encompasses a diverse range of individual learning requirements that may require additional support. Understanding and addressing these needs effectively plays a crucial role in fostering an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
